A Cautionary Tale Told in Capilutza[]
Part I
"As time went on, the students began making so many Briny Purses that the market was flooded. Thieves couldn’t make a living and merchants found themselves losing contracts. Instead of realizing their own mistakes, they came after the students with a vengeance.
Parents and administration were contacted by angry patrons. There was a problem though with the fact that many parents and administrators had taken advantage of the Briny Purse. To settle the issue, the headmaster at the time called for a meeting to take place at the Academagia. Because so many were in attendance, the meeting had to take place at the athletic fields."
Part II
"Justin Prater was one such student. His family was not wealthy. His parents were acrobats in a traveling circus. When a young rich prince became enamored with the Praters, he volunteered to pay for Justin’s education.
It didn’t take long for Prater to become a fine student. He especially enjoyed creating and enchanting magical items."
Part III
"When the edict was issued for the destruction of Briny Purse materials, Prater secretly absconded with the main ingredients. He hid these in his dorm room. His plan was to continue making Briny Purses and selling them to those who did not follow the laws.
With his family’s connections to pirates and other ne’er-do-wells, Prater thought he could continue to make and sell Briny Purses in order to keep making money"
Part IV
"In a few weeks, Prater had made an illegal Briny Purse. His plan was to meet a pirate, known as Bender, at a tavern in the lower portion of Mineta. Prater stole out of the Academagia on the first cloudy night to meet Bender.
Unbeknownst to Prater, the administration had discovered his plan and the imperial guard intercepted him before he reached Bender. Prater was imprisoned and the school’s forge was temporarily closed. It was several years before magical items were made at the Academagia."
