Effects

The Arrowhead Spell allows the casting wizard(s) to Increase their choice of Rimbal sub-skill by 4 points; it also gives them the chance of another 3 point Increase, but only if one is reasonably fit and has an excellent handle on the tactics of Rimbal in the first place (Fitness/Rimbal Tactics Roll v. 8).
