Named for the famed questioner Artiglio, this tower reportedly contains a hollow foundation stone filled with sand. Artiglio was famous for using sand as his material of choice to demonstrate his thoughts to his students. When asked what the fabric of the universe was made of, Artiglio thrust his hand into the sandpit and pulled out a cupped-handful; "How many grains were there when my hand stopped moving," he asked. No student could answer, but Artiglio waited patiently until the original questioner admitted he had no idea. "It doesn'r matter," Artiglio replied. "What matters is what I do with the sand I have left. I have taken the Impetus to remove it from its natural state; what I do with it reflects more upon myself than upon the sand. So it is with the universe that surrounds us. It matters not material it was made out of or how it was created; the only thing that matters is what we do with what we find around us".
