If you can bring yourself (I.e.. pass a Fitness/Willpower Roll v. 5) to endure the pounding that comes from standing under the near Icy water of Asastls Falls for a long enough stretch of time, you can go on to enjoy two days of an Increased (+2) Stress Maximum and Increased (+1) Composure. The tradeoff is that, during that time, you're too focused on the simple pleasures of being warm and unbuffeted to concern yourself with business like Gossip (-1 to a random Gossip Subskill) as you might otherwise do.
