Description
The Becalming Spell, if properly cast, (Luck/Glamour Methods Roll v. 9), reduces its target's Fitness and Finesse Attributes by 1 point a piece for a half a day, and makes him or her 5% more likely to fail at melee and ranged combat actions and abilities until a night's rest has come and gone. More powerful castings (Luck/Glamour Methods Roll v. 13) can impart nausea as well.
