The Skill of Storytelling has gone by many names over the millennia, from ‘spinning a yarn’ to ‘weaving the words’; from ‘eking the sands’ to ‘outing the moons’; none of the names make any sense, of course, but that’s indicative of storytelling itself. Spawned by those who loved the art of conversation and acting, the Skill of Storytelling is a difficult one to master. Those that do often enjoy engaging other storytellers in battles of wit, will, and wilting barrages of out-and-out lies, and no storyteller’s experiences will exactly match another’s.
