Description

With a successful Charm/Passion Roll v. 5, you can Cheer for a fellow classmate (or, if you're not at all self-conscious and just a little bit weird, yourself), Increasing his/her/your Confidence by 1 point and overal Chance of Success by 2% until the next Rest break.
