The Chorian Curse action will (upon a successful Luck/Astrology Roll) lay down the ancient Chorian Curse (“May you live in interesting times”) upon your victim in a fairly simple way: he or she becomes 4% more likely to fail at everything he or she tries. And, surely, dealing with the consequences of that has got to be more intellectually stimulating than just doing everything well!
