Description
If your Rhetoric Skill and Charm Attribute are good enough, you can remove a Cloud of Suspicion from someone (returning a point of Merit to his or her college, and reducing his or her Stress by 1 point as well); If your Rhetoric Skill and Charm Attribute are very good, you can even remove a Black Cloud from someone... including yourself.
