Description
The Competition Removal Spell will, if successfully cast (an Intelligence/Intimidation Roll v 9), Decrease a target's Bully Parent Skill and a Random Bully Subskill by 3; better castings (Intelligence/Intimidation Roll v 13) can actually result worst-case rerolls for all of the target's bully actions for the duration of the spell.
The spell last three days.
