For whatever reason, the Legates of the Academagia have always felt that certain things should be free; tuition being high enough is one of the cited reasons, though why that should be compensated with free compost is anyone's guess. All a person needs to do is take one of the provided burlap bags and fill it up to their heart's content. What they do with it then is their concern... no one knows, and no one wants to know, that's the rule.
