A set of damp, nearly-rotten stairs lead down into Decimus Hidden Workshop. Light flickers vaguely from the ceiling once the hatch that hid the workshop from the world is closed, and the feel of the Prohibited art permeates the stale air. Only a gouged wooden table in the room and discolored patches on the walls give notice that anything every occupied this room, but you feel the power of a Gates Master assisting you in ways you shouldn't be happy about but can't resist accepting.
