When no recourse exists for normal relations, this Action allows you to declare a vendetta between yourself and another Student. By doing so, you place the traditional Red Mark on the Student's Door, announcing to the entire campus that you are now Rivals. This is an escalation of hostilities, and your newly made Rival will respond in kind.
