The "Dervish Turn" from which the Spell takes its name actually involves the contortions involved in tracing the requisite Phemes out quickly - the effects themselves aren't so much a dance as a bonfire. Upon successful completion of the spell (Finesse/Revision Roll v. 11), your target is partially Blinded, and suffers a host of difficulties in completing Combat Actions or utilizing Combat Abilities. The effects last until your victim can rest them off.
