Description[]
The Durand's Flotilla Spell will (if Intelligence and Glamour are up to the task - Roll v. 8) Increase its caster's Patrol Skill by 3, and his or her Courage by 2 - but it takes and accomplished wizard (Intelligence/Glamour Roll V. 12) to avoid 1 point penalties to his or her subsequent Abilities and Actions as a result. Effects last a bit more than 3 days.
