Effervescence of Spirit is a Spell designed to lighten loads and brighten days. Its most basic effect, no Rolls required, in a 1 point reduction in its caster's Stress. A truly magnificant casting (Insight/Theory of Revision v. 21) will reduce the Stress of the caster's entire College by 3 points and will permanently expand the caster's Playfulness and skill at Revision Methods by 1 step each.
