The Elementalist's Foil spell, if successfully cast (Intelligence/Negation roll v. 9), Decreases most of a fellow student's Incantation suite (Incantation Methods, Incantation Phemes, Incantation Spells, and the Incantation Parent Skill proper) by 3 points each. Effects only last for two days, but can be applied quickly in combat.
