Description
Successfully casting the Foul Humours Spell on someone will cause a point of Damage, inflict a point of Stress, and impart penalties to all Athletic and Melee Combat Actions and Abilities. The latter last until they're rested away. Use of this spell requires a great deal of Intelligence and skill with Biology (Roll v. 12)
