Harmon's Strife (Spell)

Description

Victim's of the Harmon's Strife spell will suffer a 2 point reduction in their Relationship with a random member of a random Clique (except their own); better castings will cause the same reduction in the target's own Clique. All effects rely on the Caster's Charm and Dedication (Rolls v. 8 and 13).
