During the cooler months, the large, grassy plain outside of Mineta typically sits empty. But come mid-spring, the hot-air balloons come out in a force, forming a sea of every color imaginable. An excellent place to relax, or to contemplate the scientific and magical forces at play which allow the hot-air balloons to operate.
