Visitors to the Imperial Institute of Heraldry will be able to Expand their Politics and Architecture subskills by 1 Step each - and a random History subskill by the same.
This hall of marble and granite is on a much smaller scale than the Grand Hall of the Academagia, yet its look hearkens back to both the grand style of that hall and that of the Imperial Palace. Not surprisingly, the designs for this hall were made by the seventh generation of drafters who drafter the Grand Hall and Imperial Palace both. The advances in architecture allowed the designers to do more with less space, thus allowing a magnificent area to be created without sacrificing structural stability or requiring excessive amounts of materials.
