Iustus is exceptionally high strung. He has gigantic bags around his eyes and all the students think that he doesn’t sleep. He gets in trouble for nodding off in class from time to time, but more often he just sits there, staring in front of him, not blinking, poking a fingernail in the back of his hand to keep himself awake. People have tried to ask him what’s wrong or if they can help him and he just shakes his head and walks away. It’s rare to see him very late in the day -- and especially at night.

As he thinks (and hallucinates from lack of sleep), Iustus occasionally comes up with something interesting in the way of a Pheme or Spell.
