With a successful Charm/Insult Roll v. 5, you can Jeer a fellow student (or, if you're incredibly self-destructive, yourself), embarrassing him/her before all your peers. Until your victim Rests, he or she will suffer a 1 point Decrease to Confidence and a 2% increase to overall Chance of Failure
