The Metus Pheme will Increase one's Interrogation and Intimidation Skills by a small amount. The difficulty level is 4.

Meaning Intimidation in Old Elumian, the Metus Pheme was created long ago for use in Imperial interrogation techniques. Imperial Interrogators would inscribe this Pheme on their staffs of office, which they would then take into an interrogation room for their business purposes. While this Pheme may be weak on its own, the ease with which it is drawn makes it practical for use in many situations; additionally, the fact that it has been all but forgotten save for those few who are schooled in the scholastic art of interrogation makes it an excellent Pheme to use and get away with using.
