Neso is a coward. He’s not phobic of common things like heights or the dark, or even less common things. He simply cannot deal with confrontation or competition in any way. Even simple children’s games are too intense for him. What if he loses? He’ll never live it down. What if he wins?! You’ll probably hate him forever then. No, Neso would much rather play it safe and keep everything quiet, so he doesn’t do anything. It makes him very boring. He’s always squealing and shying away from everyone. No fun at all. Ask him about it and he’ll say that it’s for everyone’s good. What does he mean by that?

Neso is learning, but what makes him so timid all the time is that he can’t seem to control his magic very well. He doesn’t usually mean to, but he’ll cast spells and things when he’s doing almost anything. It’s worse if he’s doing something complicated or physical; he can’t focus as much on trying to control himself and he’ll cast some spell. He doesn’t know many bad spells on his own, but that doesn’t seem to matter. Things will just happen whether he realizes what they are or not.

Ability: Wallflowering

Neso Ulleri is so timid and so nervous that even the instructors find themselves looking away and giving him space when he skitters by. In fact, his Chance of Detection is reduced by 5% - though, of course, he's almost never involved in anything that would put him in jeopardy in the first place.

Clique Ability: Patience and Understanding

Being Neso Ulleri's friend requires a certain amount of effort, but there are rewards beyond dependable (if generally stationary) companionship. Keeping him relaxed reminds one of the importance of Temperance and simple Listening, Increasing one's skill at both by a point.
