Victims of the Numb Fingers Spell will lose a small amount of sensation in their fingers - which, in turn, will impose a 2 point penalty to their Spells and a 2 point Decrease to their Finesse. Casting it requires clearing a moderately difficult Intelligence/Revision Methods Roll (v. 7); effects last until the victim has a chance to rest.
