Performing a musical piece on your Harpsichord can have a number of effects, depending upon the quality of your performance - you might ease some Stress, you might learn a bit about high society from an appreciative (and rather select) audience, you might impress a professor enough to bring a few points of Merit to your College. Note that the school provides you with very basic instruments to use as needed; you don't have to supply your own.
