The Prepare Parfum Ability allows its user to create a scent to drive a specific Student of the Opposite Gender to snorting obsession - or, at least, to find you fascinating enough to Expand your Relationship by a point. The process requires about five days to take full effect, though, so you can't woo too many noses in any given week.
