This hidden location is difficult to find, buried as it is in the Empire Market. While nothing technically illegal exists in here, it should be noted that students are discouraged from visiting here, mostly because of the unpredictable nature of the runes in this house. Each rune activates based on the day of the month and time of the day, triggering a different effect per rune. Few among even Rune Masters understand how this house works, which is simply one of the reasons why students should stay away from this mysterious location.
