The Shifting Passions Spell completely alter Morale between the caster and an opponent - in or out of a duel. Upon a successful Charm/Passion Roll v. 10, the Caster's overall Chance of Success rises by 7%, while his or her target's Chance of Failure is increased by 12%. The duration of the Effects vary from person to person - the caster will enjoy the euphoric benefits for a full two days; his or her victim will suffer under the affliction until they've taken the time to rest and reconsider their lot.
