The Short Sight Spell will Increase the caster's Engineering, Forge, Enchant and Calligraphy Parent Skills - as well as the Decipher Handwriting Subskill - by 2 levels each for 4 days. At the same time, he or she will suffer a 1 point penalty to Ranged Combat Actions and Abilities. To cast the spell, you have to make an easy Luck/Glamour Roll (v.4).
