Professor von Rupprecht earned much of his reputation at the University during his quest to become the Regent for the College of Aranaz. He usurped the former Regent, Professor Strom, in a highly public debacle wherein it was revealed that Strom had been participating in the trade of stolen artifacts. Many details around this event were clouded with suspicion, but the weight of von Rupprecht’s assertions and evidences were overwhelming. The feeling is strong amongst many of the faculty, though, that Sixt von Rupprecht arranged for the whole affair on his road to advancement in the University. The faculty are very wary about his ambitions and Legate Orsi keeps a VERY close eye on his actions at all times.
Von Rupprecht admires ambition, skill and style, and this is what he encourages from his students. He can be charming, but he can also be a student’s worst nightmare if they break his rules. The College of Aranaz have learned to stay on his good side, and cater to his every whim. The consequences otherwise can be unendurable.
