Description[]
The Spiteful Shot Spell won’t make anyone dumber, but it will make them seem dumber; initial castings will force two rerolls for any roll requiring the Intelligence attribute and force them to take the worst roll. Better castings of this spell will also cause this to occur for the Charm attribute. All castings set the caster's Insight and skill with Glamour against the target's Insight and Pure Luck (with bonuses granted to the target in the case of the Charm attack);
