The addition of a Stable Pheme to an item will expand its durability by 1 point, which is the only effect of this otherwise weak Pheme. The difficulty level is 5.

Learned long ago and subsequently forgotten for its weakness, the Stable Pheme still has its uses. For those of ‘low’ skill looking to improve the strength of an item with high quality, there are few better choices, especially given the relative ease with which this Pheme can be drawn.
