Stare Down the Enemy (Ability)

Description

Even stripped of weapons, wands and armor, the finest warriors can still make an attack from nothing but their own will and poise. You can Stare Down an Enemy, bringing the force of your personality against his or her own inner resources (a Charm/Manner of a Champion Roll vs. your opponent's Insight and Willpower). Victory Expands your Confidence by 1 Step, reduces your Stress by 1, and Increases your Chance of Success at pretty much everything by 3% for two days. At the same time, your enemy is afflicted with Bitter Uncertainty until he or she has a chance to rest, Increasing his or her Chance of Failure by 15%.
