I just gained Arrange Workstation at Enchant 1.
student of Vernin, already had Enchant Study 6, Magical Appraisal 1, Materials Knowledge 1 and Palettes 1.
I used 'Tidy after the Smiths' and in the course of +1 SS to Theory of Enchantment, Arrange Workstation was also added.
