Wreck Timing (Spell)

Description

The powerful Wreck Timing Spell will decrease its target's Flawless Timing and Demi-Tour Skills by 5 points AND decrease the target's chance of success for any Melee Combat Ability or Action by 5% as well. There are no Rolls required; some effects last for three days, others only until the target has a chance to Rest.
